This is the Privacy Policy for all web sites and applications owned or operated by Local AI Assistant (“Local AI Assistant”, “we” or “us”), including the website currently located at www.wny.marketing (the "Site") and any other applications, interactive features, blogs, social media platforms, widgets and resources offered by Local AI Assistant through traditional Internet websites, mobile devices or other platforms (all of which are collectively referred to as the “Services”).
Your privacy is important to us and we have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect Volunteered Information (defined below) and Logged Information (defined below) when you use the Services and your choices for managing your information preferences.
We will not disclose Volunteered Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent. We may collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and payment information ("Volunteered Information") only if you choose to share such information with us. For example, you may be required to provide us with certain Volunteered Information to register with the Services, sign in with Google, or use certain features. The decision to provide this information is optional; however, if you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use all features of the Services.
We automatically collect certain information ("Logged Information") to help us understand how our users use the Services. This may include your IP address, ISP, web browser, device type, time of visit, pages visited, and other anonymous usage data.
Certain tools may allow our customers to communicate with their end users (e.g., review replies, notifications). Information from such end users may be transmitted through our systems, but we do not use or disclose such information for any purpose other than providing the Services.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we will not otherwise share or disclose your information to third parties, without your express permission or as expressly disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
We use your information (both Volunteered Information and Logged Information) for internal purposes such as providing Services, sending notifications, responding to requests, improving the Services, and soliciting feedback.
From time to time, we may contract with trusted Service Providers (e.g., payment processors, data storage, hosting) to provide certain services. Each Service Provider must agree to protect your data and not use it for any other purpose.
Google API Notice:
We integrate with Google APIs, including Google Business Profile, solely to provide core features of Local AI Assistant.
We do not use Google user data to develop or train AI/ML models.
Data accessed via Google APIs is handled in compliance with the
Google API Services User Data Policy.
We may use, and disclose to third parties, certain aggregated Logged Information (e.g., number of visits, page views) that does not identify you individually.
We may share your information if we are merged, sold, or transfer assets as part of a transaction.
We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect Local AI Assistant, its users, or others.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or applications (“Other Sites”). We do not endorse or sponsor Other Sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read the privacy policies of each website you visit.
Information is stored using industry-standard security procedures to protect from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to protect information, but cannot guarantee or warrant security.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have received information from a child under 18, we will delete it.
We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws in other states.
If you are outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and governed by US law.
For EU/UK residents, Local AI Assistant complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act.
